You will work as part of an integrated maintenance team responsible for the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of modular and tube-and-coupler scaffolding systems supporting processing plants, smelters, crushers, and conveyor networks.
Erect, inspect, tag, modify, and dismantle modular (Layher/Cuplok) and tube-and-clamp scaffolding.
Install overhead protection, swing stages, drop scaffolds, and cantilevered systems across fixed-plant infrastructure.
Conduct daily visual inspections, verify scaffold safety tags (Scafftag system), and maintain handover documentation.
Complete daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Take 5s, and adhere to site-specific working-at-heights and confined space procedures.
Work collaboratively with riggers, mechanical fitters, and boiler crews during scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled breakdowns.
