Groote Eylandt Mine (GEMCO) is located in the Gulf of Carpentaria and produces high-grade manganese ore. Dawsons Engineering provides Labour to GEMCO for Shutdowns consisting of a range of trades, operators and assistants.

- Full Medical including Audiometry and Spirometry
- Instant Drug and Alcohol test
- Groote Online Inductions (8hrs paid)
- FIFO - All Major Airports
- During shutdown period beards are allowed
- Clean shaven policy applies when plant is operational
